Postdoctoral Fellow Position in Neuro-Oncology

The Neuro-Oncology Branch is seeking outstanding and highly motivated postdoctoral fellow candidates for laboratory research on immunology of brain cancers. The positions will be in support of a newly established laboratory, headed by Masaki Terabe, Ph.D. The laboratory will focus on regulatory mechanisms of immune responses against brain tumors. Candidates will be part of a basic, translational and collaborative research program mainly focusing on the roles of CD1d-restricted NKT cells and other T-cells in the regulation tumor immunity in the brain.Multiple Positions Available:YesNumber of Positions:3C.V. Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree and less than four years of postdoctoral experience. Proficiency in oral and written English is required. Applicants with a strong background in cancer biology, cell biology or molecular biology of the brain are encouraged to apply. Immunology background is NOT required if the applicant has a strong interest in immunology.Additional Information:
